Keep Nassau Beautiful is proud to support many signature programs that help to educate our citizens and beautify our community. We are thankful for the many volunteers who work tirelessly to keep our shorelines, roadways and parks clean.
Through our partnership with the Florida Department of Transportation, volunteers help remove litter from our state highways on regularly scheduled dates, ensuring Nassau’s roads remain beautiful.
Similar to the Adopt-A-Highway program, this is a Keep Nassau Beautiful program by which volunteers can adopt one mile of a county roadway.
For those volunteers who are searching for an alternative to highway cleanups, we also offer Adopt-A-Spot. This program is focused on beautification of our common use areas, such as parks and ball fields.
